Company
The Academy of the Magistracy (AMAG), the institution responsible for training and specializing magistrates in Peru, undertook a digital transformation process with Amber and AWS with the goal of optimizing resources, digitizing operations, and improving accessibility to its educational and administrative services.
The project enabled AMAG to evolve from a traditional infrastructure to a modern, scalable cloud platform that is secure and aligned with the efficiency and transparency requirements of the Peruvian judicial system.
Challenge
AMAG faced the need to modernize its internal processes and technological infrastructure to ensure a more agile and accessible experience for magistrates and students.
The use of manual systems and local dependencies limited operational efficiency and the reach of its academic programs.
Our proposal
Amber implemented a comprehensive AWS-based solution that enabled digitization of critical processes and ensured AMAG's operational scalability.
Cloud-native services were used to automate workflows, securely store information, and enable remote access with high availability.
Key technology components:
- Amazon EC2 + Lambda: Flexible infrastructure and serverless execution.
- Amazon S3: Secure and centralized storage of institutional documentation.
- AWS CloudFormation: Automated deployment and version control.
- Amazon CloudWatch: Constant monitoring of performance and availability.
Implementation process
The project was developed under an agile approach, prioritizing processes with the greatest academic and operational impact.
Solutions were deployed gradually to ensure continuity and efficient adoption.
Phase 1: Diagnosis
Identification of critical processes and definition of priorities.
Phase 2: Digitization
Progressive migration of manual workflows to the cloud.
Phase 3: Integration
Enabling remote access and report automation.
Phase 4: Optimization
Scaling and continuous monitoring with AWS tools.
